contemplative...

Well, day no. 2 is here...Had a good afternoon yesterday with the 3 yr. old grandson--what a cutie, although he did tell me that my car was very dirty...ha, out of the mouth of babes! ...tell me something I dont know! Made up with dh, though I am sure he or myself will be stupid again within 48 hrs--kinda how we work, I guess? Went to the track today, go to Doc tomorrow- my sugar is up just a tad, I think its because of stress- stress can make it go up, so thats not positive for me, considering my life seems to be full of it-I feel worried, and I dont know why, its just the way I am...even when things are out of my control, I still worry about something--wish I could just tune out stuff, but the way to do that escapes me--any ideas? Going to do the mundane-laundry and cleaning--not much for writing today :(
